With the start of the new year, Johan Broback is the new General Manager of the Swedish tool manufacturer Pressmaster, a subsidiary of Phoenix Contact. Pressmaster primarily manufactures high-precision hand tools that are used in the professional electrical and electronic sectors.
Crimping, cutting, stripping – since 1976, the year Pressmaster was founded, tools have been manufactured in Älvdalen, Sweden, for anyone who wants to shorten or connect cables. The experienced manager knows the industry and sums up his job as follows: “No one can do everything, but we can all do something, and when we all work together, that’s when the magic happens.”
